**Responsibilities**:
- Prepares and submits reports, as required by the COO/CEO
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team and responsible of all the sales team filing system
- Responsible for monitoring, providing assistance with answering the leads inquiries, preparing of leads file and receiving daily feedback from the Real Estate Agents
- Responsible for receiving the transaction documents from the Sales Agent and forwarding them to the Accountant
- Entering leads on paper and then updating on the CRM
- Preparing daily Leads Report and updating on CRM
- Updating Property portals
- Listing units for the agents on CRM
- Restoring draft units for the agents
- Checking the quality of listings on CRM
- Preparing reports for the Manager (Listing reports, Monthly Projection, etc.)
- Support the agents in preparing transfers for the Land Department
- Closing transactions and ensuring all paperwork is provided for the Transaction Closing Report (TCR) as per the checklist
- Preparing Tenancy contracts and MOU for agents when required
- Answering phone calls and transferring them to the agent/employee and take message if required
- Making sure the reception is never left unattended and make sure there is someone to attend the calls at all times
**Key Requirements**:
- Fresher any Graduate can apply
- She should be well versed in MS Office
- She should be able to join immediately
- She should be physically based in UAE at the moment
Package and other details:
**Salary**: AED 2000 to 2500/
