Senior BIM Architectural Modeler Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior BIM Architectural Modeller with extensive experience in creating complex and detailed models using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in BIM modelling, with a demonstrated ability to produce accurate and high-quality architectural models for various types of projects. Responsibilities:

- BIM Modelling: Utilize BIM software (such as Revit, ArchiCAD, or similar) to create detailed architectural models based on project requirements, design drawings, and specifications.
- Complex Modelling: Demonstrate proficiency in creating complex architectural elements,





including intricate geometries, parametric components, and detailed assemblies, while ensuring model accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to integrate architectural models seamlessly with other disciplines and coordinate design changes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Model Coordination: Conduct clash detection and model coordination exercises to identify and resolve conflicts between architectural elements and other building systems, ensuring spatial coordination and constructability.
- Quality Assurance: Perform regular quality checks and reviews of architectural models to ensure compliance with project standards, BIM execution plans, and industry best practices.
- Standards Compliance: Ensure adherence to BIM standards, protocols, and guidelines established by project stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and industry organizations.
- Documentation: Generate accurate and comprehensive documentation associated with architectural models,





including model legends, schedules, quantities, and annotations.
- Training and Mentorship: Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to junior BIM modellers, fostering their professional development and promoting best practices in BIM modelling.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural BIM modelling, with a focus on complex projects across various sectors (e.g., commercial, residential, institutional).
- Proficiency in BIM software, particularly Revit, with advanced skills in creating parametric families, custom components, and complex geometries.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction techniques,





and building systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex modelling challenges.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with project stakeholders.
- Familiarity with BIM coordination tools and processes, such as clash detection, model federation, and Navisworks.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices related to BIM modelling, including BIM Level of Detail (LOD) and BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
