**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and marketing efforts.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions.
- Develop compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Represent Al Rizq Advertising at industry events to expand market presence.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in business development within the exhibition or fit-out industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet sales goals.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Al Qusais: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Exhibition - Fit Out: 5 years (required)
License/Certification:
- UAE Driving License (preferred)
