Job Title: Holiday Homes Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE

**Job Description**:
Main Duties:
1. Occupancy Management: Ensure maximum occupancy of all apartments within the holiday homes portfolio through effective marketing strategies, pricing optimization, and exceptional guest experience management.

2. Property Acquisition: Proactively seek out and acquire property management contracts for holiday homes, focusing on properties with low rent but high short and medium-term rental potential. Conduct market research and analysis to identify lucrative investment opportunities.

3. Strategic Partnerships:





Establish and maintain strong relationships with outsourced teams such as cleaning and maintenance companies to ensure seamless operations and upkeep of properties. Negotiate contracts and service level agreements to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

4. Guest Experience: Oversee the guest experience from booking to check-out, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and positive reviews. Implement guest feedback mechanisms and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.

5. Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for the holiday homes portfolio. Monitor revenue performance, expenses, and profitability, and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.

6. Compliance and Legal: Ensure compliance with local regulations, licensing requirements, and industry standards for holiday homes operations. Stay updated on changes in legislation and industry trends that may impact operations.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management,





Real Estate, or related field OR strong background in real estate.**
**- Minimum of 2 years of experience in REAL ESTATE, property management.**
**- Proven track record of successfully RENTING OUT PROPERTIES and having good relations with certain LANDLORDS.**
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and holiday homes regulations is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
