Urgent Requirement for Customs Clearance Clerk - at National Trading and Developing Enterprises LLC, Dubai - Jebel Ali
- Transit Shipment Management: Oversee the complete procedure for transit shipments, ensuring smooth and timely movement of goods.
- Pricing Quotations: Prepare accurate pricing quotations for Sea Import and Export Shipments, covering the entire process from inquiry to remittance to customers.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong business relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction, addressing complaints, and resolving issues promptly.
- Documentation and Coordination: Expertly created all types of bills of entry, including transit, local, and free zone transfers,
Temporary admission, ensuring compliance and seamless customs clearance.
- Handle commercial and transfer documents, such as certificates of origin, while liaising with custom authorities, banks, freight forwarders, shipping agencies, insurance companies, transporters, and movers.
- Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure compliance with legal and statutory requirements, evaluate and implement best practices across all locations, and stay updated on industry regulationsrs.
**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
