Job Description

The Vice President will play a critical leading role in a 160/90 team working for a major client on their Global Partnerships portfolio. The Vice President will play a role as Cricket Partnerships Lead for an international business operating in multiple markets who has interests across Golf, Formula 1, Cricket and more. As Sports Partnerships Lead the Vice President will be the responsible as the clients lead communication point back into the agency, gathering briefs, direction and disseminating relevant information across the broader account teams as well as providing day to day advisory and guidance to the client in house.





This role will be feeding directly and collaboratively into an integrated agency team including Creative, Strategy and PR & Comms that spans 160over90’s London and Dubai offices.

The employee will report into the VP of Partnerships.

The working hours are 9 - 6, Monday - Friday and the role will be based in Dubai, UAE (Client office).

**Responsibilities**:
Client-Servicing

Taking a lead role within the clients group communications division, leading specifically on cricket partnerships activity supporting the clients Global Head of Partnerships and UAE region communications lead

Acting as day to day global client advisory and servicing lead demonstrating excellent people skills and aptitude for understanding, identifying and empathising with client requirements and responding with solutions

Develop a deep understanding of the clients, as individuals and as a business, in order to help shape strategy, activation and ways of working that meet their key objectives

Play a key role in the strategy, planning,





activation and evaluation of all partnerships across the clients cricket partnership portfolio

Working closely with agency senior leadership team to address any client concerns or escalations

Management of partnership strategy implementation on behalf of the client across multiple markets and properties - ensuring cohesive and consistent approach to brand messaging and strategic goals

Resource/team management

Supporting client side Head of Partnerships and UAE region communications lead and acting as key conduit for the client back into the 160over90 agency team

Working collaboratively alongside counterparts within the clients events and communications teams to ensure consistent and clear roles and responsibilities are defined across the agency mix







Responsible for ensuring all client teams are up to speed with all work streams and effective working lead groups within the agency are briefed

Business/Industry Knowledge

Ability to quickly absorb and immerse in client business, category and specific challenges

Demonstrate an acute understanding of the relevance and impact of sports and other partnerships in a B2B environment

Show a clear understanding of relevant sports or partnerships landscapes and an ability to communicate recommendations to the client accordingly

Show a robust understanding of evaluation and reporting practices to measure sport partnership performance

Knowledge and Experience

Minimum of 10 years relevant agency, or client-based experience. Client side experience preferable







Previous or existing experience working within the UAE preferable

Specific experience in amplifying sport partnerships; working closely with rights holders and ambassadors

Experience and/or knowledge of partnerships as a platform to reach B2B audiences an advantage

Knowledge and expertise across a variety of sports

Skills and Abilities

Strong understanding of how to build a client relationship and understand their business needs

Demonstrable experience in developing and leading the delivery of successful client sports partnership campaigns within cross functional and geographical teams

Proven ability to manage a high volume of client-service deliverables through critical path planning and resource management to maintain high quality output







Organised and detail oriented in a fast-paced, client service environment

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices

Excellent time management, written and oral communication skills

Strong understanding of regional cultural landscape
