Key Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction: Maintain excellent communication with clients, both in person and over the phone. Assist in addressing inquiries and providing information about available properties and services.
- Document Management: Prepare and organize property documents, contracts, and agreements. Ensure all paperwork is accurate and complete.
- Listing Management: Update and manage property listings on our website, property finder, dubizzle & bayut and various listing platforms. Ensure property information, photos, and descriptions are up to date and appealing.
- Creating permits for properties, creating MOU, Contract A, B and F, issuing broker cards.
- Database Maintenance:
Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system, keeping track of client information, property details, and transaction history.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the real estate team, including filing, scanning, and managing office supplies.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with local real estate regulations, including documentation and record-keeping requirements.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a real estate administrative role.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and regulations is advantageous.
- Professional demeanor, attention to detail, and a proactive approach
