**YASNA BEAUTY SALON** IS looking for a Salon Manager that will be responsible for salon’s day to day basis. Yasna Beauty Salon Manager responsibilities include supervising staff, scheduling shift, promoting our services and keeping updated records of expenses and revenue. If you are familiar with salon treatments and have excellent organizational abilities, we’d like to meet you!

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily salon operations
- Mitigate and resolve any escalated issues or complaints of clients
- Update the owner on a weekly basis with the progress and performance of the salon
- Organize employees’ shifts, considering peak times and seasonality






- Review and approve request for leaves and pending hours of the employees
- Maintain staff records, including salary and schedule
- Ensure all beauty treatments meet high quality standards
- Oversee ordering of salon products and replenishment of stocks
- Oversee inventory of products and items
- Arrange for regular maintenance services for all equipment
- Coordinate all equipment problems and maintenance issues
- Keep updated records of costs and revenues (daily, monthly and quarterly)
- Oversee and manage salon daily expenses
- Promote services, products and discount on social media

**Requirements**:

- Has a strong work experience in a high end salon with a MINIMUM of 3 years
- Proven experience as a Beauty Salon Manager
- Can delegate tasks to achieve productivity objectives
- Superb communication skills to relate to a wide range of people and effectively manage staff
- Arabic and other languages is a Plus
- Can work within a dynamic environment






- Bookkeeping knowledge
- Knowledgeable in creating strategic plan to execute and exceptional guest experience
- Operational knowledge of merchandising, sales, and marketing related to the salon environment
- Solid understanding of business and management procedures associated with leadership technique, resource allocation among others
