**Job Description**:
- To solicit and serve transient and group business & meetings
- To generate and maintains customers of defined accounts / areas through sales activities (face to face sales calls, telephone calls, entertainment)
- To maintain a high level of exposure for the hotel through direct sales, telephone, fax, written communications
- To display a pleasant manner and positive attitude at all times and to promote a good company image to guests and colleagues
- To demonstrate pride in the workplace and personal appearance at all times when representing the hotel thus identifying a high level of commitment
- Maintains the highest standards of professionalism, ethics and attitude towards all hotel guests, clients, staff and employees
- To attend major events in hotel & city as requested by Department Head
- To closely coordinate and communicate with ADOS/DOS with regards to accounts/markets that are serviced by them
**Qualifications**:
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proven track record in managing and motivating people
- Has hospitality industry background
- Excellent knowledge of Abu Dhabi, UAE & GCC sales market.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing position in hospitality industry
