Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests warmly as they arrive at the property
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Provide information about the hotel's facilities, amenities, and services
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Ensure guest satisfaction and go the extra mile to exceed expectations
- Liaise with various departments to address guest needs and ensure a seamless experience
- Process reservations and handle cancellations accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with the concierge to offer personalized recommendations and assistance to guests
- Handle financial transactions and maintain cash-handling procedures
- Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all guests
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the local area to provide helpful insights to guests
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in both Russian and English (verbal and written)
- Proven experience in a customer service or hospitality role is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to handle difficult situations with grace
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in computer systems and familiar with standard office software
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
**Salary**:
AED1,500.00 - AED1,900.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
