**Goodwill Real Estate** is one of the leading companies providing high-quality services in real estate buying, selling, and leasing. Currently, we are seeking a **Sales Team Leader** to join our team in Dubai (UAE).

**Responsibilities**:

- Mapping out the action and income strategy for the week ahead.
- Discussing action plan with the team. Monitoring weekly action plan of agents (consisting of individual plans of each agent).
- Daily morning coordination on plan/actual action plan.
- Conducting weekly meetings with agents to review the action plan results.
- Individual work with each broker.
- Monitoring agents’ work in the CRM system.
- Ensuring compliance with ethics and work rules within the team.






- Monitoring the communication between the team and clients.
- Tracking agents’ deals and key tasks of the week.
- Analysing the sales funnel in the CRM system.
- Developing and standardizing the tags and priority ratings in the CRM system, tagging clients and deals.
- Weekly monitoring of each agent’s and team's statistics.
- Analysing weekly offers, delivering information to the team promptly.
- Overseeing deals with VIP clients. Reporting to the management.
- Informing the management about the current situation in the department, agents’ work, newcomers, and their progress. Delivering tasks and rules from management to agents.
- Creating the team's work schedule.

**Requirements**:

- Experience as an agent or team leader in the Dubai real estate market for at least 2 years.
- Knowledge of developers and properties in Dubai. High level of expertise.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Experience with CRM systems.

**Conditions**:

- Workplace: office in Dubai, Arenco Tower,





office no 1806, Media City.
- Working hours: Mon-Fri from 10am to 7pm, but willing to stay connected after working hours.
- Salary AED 10,000 + % from agents’ deals + KPI (to be agreed upon with the manager).
- After the probationary period, a contract is signed for a mandatory 2-year working period, during which we provide Emirates ID, Visa.

**Salary**: Up to AED10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Real Estate: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

License/Certification:

- driver's license (preferred)
