**Experience**:

- 4- 5 years in catering as Senior Sous Chef or Head Chef
- Well experienced in catering - low budget as well as corporate catering.
- Thorough knowledge about recipe preparation/ costing/cooking methodologies is a must.
- Experience and knowledge about other cuisines will be an added advantage.
- Able to lead the team as well meet customers.
- HACCP, Food safety knowledge
- Computer and IT knowledge to make basic reports, recipes, menu
- Restaurant and cloud kitchen experience is an added advantage
