**Your day to day**
As the Reservations Supervisor you will responsible for supervising the operations of the Reservations Department during shift by assisting to co-ordinate operational plans to meet Hotel sales targets. In addition to maximizing reservations opportunities of Hotel Indigo Dubai Downtown.
- Monitor and check daily Reservation Agent’s bookings to ensure accurate set-up of room reservations in Opera System.
- Ensure implementation of the key principles of Pricing Strategies and Revenue Management, FIT, Corporate, Package and Groups, Rate Restrictions, hurdles, and availabilities.
- Ensure that Reservations Agents meets relevant productivity targets on call handling and conversion ratios for all products lines.
- Handle customer queries and complaints relating to Rooms Reservations.
- Identify Sales opportunities through individuals, Corporate Accounts, Wholesalers and Travel Management companies.
- To have thorough knowledge in the operation of the Opera Reservations System with main focus on inputting, retrieving and revising room reservations.
- To give recommendations to Reservations Manager and Assistant Manager regarding annual performance appraisal of Reservations Agents.
- Support the Reservations Manager and/or Revenue Management leader of the hotel with special projects as required.
**What we need from you**
- A Minimum 2 years call-centre or hotel operations experience,
minimum 1 year experience in supervisory role.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Advanced in writing and speaking English
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Ability to lead and motivate team members.
- A naturally outgoing and friendly personality with a passion for service excellence to consistently deliver and demonstrate the Hotel Indigo Dubai Downtown service standards
