Leading Property Developer

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide leadership to a team of property consultants and Sales Managers
- The role includes guiding team in prospecting potential clients, analyzing market trends, intermediate negotiation processes ensuring a fair and honest deal.
- Helping team in planning monthly sales targets and executing them in a given time frame. Handling Sales activities with a focus on achieving predefined sales targets.
- Work with team to develop new business opportunities in various geographies with research, prospecting to get leads to achieve the sales target.
- Lead team members in presentations to customers on the project. Managing activities pertaining to negotiating / finalization of deals. Handling client objections,
concerns, and queries effortlessly.
- Guide the team in building a network of real estate brokers with the region and international level as well. Maintaining an extensive database of Brokers/Channel Partners/Individual Clients. Updating customers data and sales records diligently on salesforce.
- Ensure deal closure by guiding team to coordinate with the allied teams for necessary paperwork. All relevant documents to be verified, prior to processing a sale and ensuring the initial payments are collected within the stipulated time.
*Knowledge of local demographic and economic trends to guide customers with integrity and build trust. Adhere and ensure compliance with the company guidelines and policies.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8-20 years of experience in real estate sales is desirable. Target driven with a proven track record of success in a similar role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
- UAE Residential Property Sales: 5 years (preferred)
