As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our company in Dubai. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and expanding our customer base. Your strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and ability to identify market trends will be essential in achieving ambitious revenue targets.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve revenue and sales objectives.

Identify and research potential clients, industries, and market segments to target for new business opportunities.







Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs, and proposing tailored solutions.

Conduct market analysis, monitor industry trends, and assess competitor activities to identify business growth opportunities.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and successful delivery of solutions.

Participate in networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to promote the company's services and establish brand presence.

Negotiate contracts and terms with clients while ensuring profitability and mutual satisfaction.

Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to the management team.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.







Proven track record of at least 2 years of successful experience in business development or sales within [industry or sector] in Dubai.

Deep understanding of the local market and industry trends, with a strong network of contacts.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in English and preferably Arabic.

Strong negotiation and closing abilities, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and make data-driven decisions.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.

**Salary**: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
