Our client is looking for QA AfterSales Officer for banking
- **Department: Telesales**:
- **Position: Support Officer**:
- **Location: Dubai**
**Role Purpose: Ensuring backend support to Telesales Unit**
**Reports direct to: Assistant Manager, Support, Telesales Unit**
**Key Accountabilities of the role**:
- Cross verification of the products sold by agents.
- Ensuring quality is maintained by periodic call monitoring.
- Providing feedback to ensure the agents maintain quality while interacting with clients.
- Deliver right levels of quality check, skills and support the team.
- Participate in regular review and development of quality control.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.
**Results Required**:
- Ensure 100% verification of sales forwardings.
- Ensure numbers of call evaluation as assigned by the management on monthly basis.
- Identify the frequency of errors done by agents.
- Maintaining portfolio of each agent with respective outcome of calls.
Ensure customer satisfaction and TAT adhered.
**Requirements**:
- Can effectively communicate with clients over phone, minimum 2-3 years in Quality Control and MIS reporting in local bank, preferably Telesales.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience.
- Previous relevant banking experience in similar function
- Detailed understanding of product and services provided by the bank
- In depth understanding of the internal process, procedures and internal systems
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
