We are looking for an Accountant with previous experience in Dubai to manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets and to compute taxes and prepare tax returns Responsibilities xc2xb7 Manage all accounting transactions xc2xb7 Completing analysis of the employee expenditures xc2xb7 Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll xc2xb7 Prepare budget forecasts xc2xb7 Publish financial statements in time xc2xb7 Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings xc2xb7 Reconcile accounts payable and receivable xc2xb7 Ensure timely bank payments xc2xb7 Compute taxes and prepare tax returns xc2xb7 Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements xc2xb7 Keeping a check on the companyxe2x80x99s finances based on financial status xc2xb7 Audit financial transactions and documents xc2xb7 Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary xc2xb7 Initiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the company xc2xb7 Comply with financial policies and regulations Requirements and skills xc2xb7 Work experience as an Accountant within U.A.E xc2xb7 Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) xc2xb7 Hands-on experience with accounting software like FreshBooks and QuickBooks xc2xb7 Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables xc2xb7 Experience with general ledger functions xc2xb7 Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills xc2xb7 BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree xc2xb7 Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED3,000.00 per month Application Question(s):
