We are looking for someone to start immediately within a maximum of a week period.

The social media Executive will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing social media campaigns and community growth strategies within timelines. Your work will support the growth and execution of the marketing strategy.

You will also be expected to work to support ongoing operational marketing and ensure maximum visibility throughout all appropriate social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and more.

You will also be expected to stay up to date with the latest trends within the market.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement social strategies that drive community engagement and increase brand awareness and user acquisition.
- Conceptualize, categorize, visualize, edit and execute every piece of social content that goes out.






- Create and manage social distribution plans and schedules that align with broader marketing and business efforts.
- Define and track key performance indicators and use these to report on your strategies and campaigns to the rest of the team and management.
- Make a positive impact in the hearts of our clients and the larger community. Develop our social customer care strategy in partnership with our support team.

**What would make you the perfect fit?**
- 1-2 years of work experience in social media management
- Be savvy in all forms of social media and video content creation
- Be an excellent planner and coordinator
- Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to work in a team environment with mínimal oversight.
- Strong English communication skills,





both written and verbal
- Experience prioritizing tasks, managing deadlines, adapting to changing priorities, and balancing short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives.
- Proven ability to work in multidisciplinary teams with copywriters, designers, etc.
- Ability to use data to communicate and report how social goals, strategy, and results, and how these relate to broader business aims.
- A creative at heart with some graphic design and video editing skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Be up to date with social media marketing trends and the latest digital/web knowledge
- A confident individual who is comfortable supporting a process-driven environment to add consistency and structure to a dynamic team and ever-changing landscape






- Be proficient in using 3rd party analytics tools

**Salary**: From AED5,000 to AED 8,000 per month
