Patient Coordinator(Female Arabic Speaker)

Manage and maintain appointment’s schedules and reminders
- Escorting patients for Executive Health Checkups (appointment booking, sample collections, diagnostics, and follow-up)
- Upselling cross selling our products and services to customers.
- Creating sales strategies to reach daily and monthly sales targets.
- Preparation of sales reports
- Responding to internal and external calls, message queries promptly & accurately
- Obtaining patients’ information for registration, insurance, is necessary for the completion of electronic health records and claims
- Assisting in filling out history forms, consent forms, and payments, when necessary.
- Effectively communicate with patients, physicians,





and other staff - within the clinics & external facilities - providing accurate, timely, and responsive information.
- Shows flexibility in working hours and duties.
- Arrange for reports to be completed and sent to patients as required

Job Requirements:
Having good exposure in sales and customer relationship.

Excellent in sales strategies

Targets oriented

Passion for sales

Arabic speaker

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- SALES: 1 year (required)
