**Responsibilities & Duties**
- Assign & review daily/weekly personal goals for direct reports
- Advise ASM regarding individual performance & promotional prospects plan for all store staff
- Review staff training & development levels for all team members with SM/ASM
- quarterly
- Conduct “On Job Skills” training with all team members as described in New
- Staff Orientation Checklist and company “Steps and Standards”.
- Conduct follow
- up training as assessments in keeping with company standards
- Conducts appraisals as per BINGHATTI HR P&P; guidelines
- Ensure all unit staff comply with health card, labour card, and all other basic legal requirements in country of operation
- Knows company policies and procedures and ensures compliance thereof
- Schedules/ allocate store staff to build sales in key day parts
- Plans and conducts store team briefing or meetings
- To meet required performance standards as indicated in the KPI’s and job Description
- Responsible for maintaining good working relationships within the team
- Applies HR P&P; to direct reports and is accountable for consistency across whole vertical division.
- Performs NSOC duties for every new employee in the store.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
