**Job Description**:

- Checking in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service
- Conduct checks to ensure that enough products are on hand to serve customers, order items as needed, and generate inventory reports for superiors
- Ensure that the outlets meets all sanitation and safety regulations
- Managing restaurant staff's work schedules
- Conducting regular inspections of the restaurant






- Monitoring the restaurant’s cash flow and settling outstanding bills
- Resolving guests complaints

**Qualifications**:

- Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beverage
- Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
- Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
