- Job Title: Personal Assistant to the Chairman
- Location: Al Qasba, Sharjah
- Job Summary:
The Personal Assistant to the Chairman will provide high-level administrative support, ensuring efficient management of the Chairmans schedule, communications, and confidential matters. The role requires discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Chairmans calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle all communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Organize and coordinate meetings,
including taking minutes and following up on action items.
Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience supporting C-level executives.
