We are looking for an experienced Sr. Purchase Manager to manage the company’s business. Responsibilities include strategizing to find cost-effective deals and suppliers. The Sr. Purchase Manager’s duty is to discover the best ways to cut procurement expenses, so that the company can invest in growth and people.
- 8-10 years of Procurement Management Experience in either working for a real estate developer, PMC/Design Consultancy or major civil contracting firm. Mandatory to have large building construction project exposure.
- A degree in Supply Chain/ Procurement/ Materials Management/Business/ Economics or Real Estate related discipline;
- Exposure to working in EPR environment is highly preferred.






- Proven working experience as a Procurement Manager, Procurement Officer, or Head of Procurement.
- Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as dexterity in “reading” the market
- Talent in negotiations and networking
- Good knowledge of supplier or third-party management software
- Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers
- Experience in collecting and analysing data
- Strong leadership capabilities

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jumeirah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
