**Job Summary**:
The Secondary Market Property Consultant plays a crucial role in guiding clients through the process of buying and selling pre-owned properties. The consultant must have a strong grasp of local real estate markets, possess excellent negotiation skills, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Understand client requirements and preferences to offer tailored property solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and advice to clients throughout the buying or selling process.
- **Property Listings & Marketing**:
- Create and manage listings for properties on various platforms.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential buyers.
- Arrange property viewings and manage client interactions during the process.
- **Customer Service**:
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and addressing concerns.
- Follow up with clients post-transaction to ensure satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in real estate, with a focus on the secondary market.
- **Knowledge**: Strong understanding of the local real estate market, property valuations, and investment analysis.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Attributes**:
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented.
- Customer-focused with a passion for real estate.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
**Compensation**:
- Base salary plus commission (depending on experience and location).
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
