**Job description**:

- Be a first point of contact to handle/resolve any enquiries with accurate information using Social Media
- Ensure escalations are followed up within specified timeline
- Go the extra mile to WOW each Customer you connect with
- Build customer loyalty by follow-up of customer social media enquiry

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or similar.
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Comfortable using computers.
- Experience working with customer support.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
