**Requirements**:

- Fluent in Arabic by written and oral Communication
- Good Ascent
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Must-Have Experience in a call center or Tele Communication
- Cold calling to client database
- Managing a client database and preparing reports.
- Should have Effective Communication Skills as a Call Center Agent / Tele Marketing
- Excellent in English, Multilingual is an advantage
- Motivated, team player & target-oriented
- Presentable and well-dressed
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information,





research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

Different Package offer:

- Basic Salary
- Good Commission Offer

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Al Barsha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- telemarketer: 1 year (preferred)
