We are seeking a Chief Finance Officer to join our real estate company's management team. The Chief Finance Manager will be responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, managing and running of all the finance activities of a company, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk and governance as well as negotiations.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Execute the company’s financial strategy
- Perform risk management by analysing the organization’s liabilities and investments
- Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks
- Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure
- Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations
- Supervise all finance personnel (controllers, treasurers etc.)
- Manage vendor relationships
- Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports
- Set up and oversee the company’s finance IT system
- Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies
- Manage team of financial controllersand financial analysts.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as **CFO**, finance officeror relevant role
- In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
- Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to strategize and solve problems
- An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers
- Certified Public Accountant certification a plus
- Experience in a senior management role
- Minimum 10years experience in accounting and financial management practice
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Accounting or Financial Management: 10 years (preferred)
- Real Estate: 2 years (preferred)
