As a secondary agent you will be expected to be resourceful and proactive - you will have equal support and investment for everything you put into this role. **Position**:
** Real Estate Agent or Property Consultant.**

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated success in sales within the UAE's real estate sector.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Previous experience in high-pressure, fast-paced work environments.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
- Organized and Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Experience working with Real Estate in Dubai

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record as a Real Estate Agent.

- Familiarity with legal and regulatory aspects of real estate transactions.
- Results-driven and self-motivated mindset.
- Fluency in **English, Russian, Arabic, Hindi** or **All Nationalities Language **are Advantages.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: AED 3,000.00 - AED 7,000.00 per month + Commission.

**Experience**:

- Real Estate: 1 year (required) or Fresher.

**License/Certification**:

- UAE driving license (Advantages)
