Position: MEP Storekeeper

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate records of all materials, tools, and equipment in the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) store.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries of MEP materials, ensuring they match purchase orders and specifications.
- Organize and store MEP materials in designated storage areas, ensuring proper inventory rotation and stock organization.
- Issue materials, tools, and equipment to MEP technicians and contractors as per approved requisitions.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder MEP supplies as needed to ensure sufficient inventory levels are maintained.






- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies between inventory records and actual stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with storage and handling procedures for MEP materials to prevent damage and loss.
- Coordinate with procurement and finance departments to process material requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the MEP store and surrounding areas.
- Assist in preparing reports related to inventory management, stock movements, and material consumption.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a storekeeper or similar role, preferably in the MEP or construction industry.
- Knowledge of MEP materials, tools, and equipment.
- Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.






- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy items.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to warehouse operations.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
