Role: Unit Coordinator
Location: Abu Dhabi
Role Purpose:
To enhance support functions to frontline staff by timely and error-free processing of Branches Asset finance in accordance with ADIB Policies & Procedures.
Key Accountabilities of the role:
1. Meet the KPI as defined by Management on Asset file processing for CRM Approvals/RFO/Card center Disbursements.
2. Ensure all applications entered into the system are error-free and comply with policy.
3. Propose cases under ADIB Product, Policy & Procedures, due diligence, and bank's Dos & Don’ts policies.
4. Communicate with the frontline if the proposal violates the policy and resolve discrepancies.
5.
Re-submit rejected cases to the relevant department ensuring the rejection reasons are fully covered.
6. Maintain defined MIS as per business requirements.
7. Handle adhoc requests as per business requirements.
8. Identify and close process gaps to improve efficiency and ensure a seamless customer experience.
9. Adhere to ADIB policy/procedure.
10. Attend assigned training for self-development.
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:
1. Broad knowledge of Retail Banking products & services.
2. Business Communication Skills.
3. MS Office proficiency.
4. Good knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations & risks.
5. Computer skills, typing skills, Management Information skills, and the ability to maturely handle stakeholder and internal customer relationships.
