We are a leading Display Solution, Signage, Exhibition and Graphics production company located in Dubai Production City.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
- Proven 2 years’ experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the Advertising, Exhibition, Printing, Fit Out, Signages industry is **MANDATORY**.
- **A valid UAE Driving License is MANDATORY.**:

- Strong leadership abilities with experience in coaching and developing sales teams.
- Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients, team members.
- Demonstrated team management and leadership skills to drive performance and achieve business objectives.






- Exhibit strong analytical capabilities and effective problem-solving skills to navigate challenges and make informed decisions.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and consistently meet deadlines in a dynamic business environment.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize work effectively.
- Should have a high level of attentiveness to every detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of work.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand market share.
- Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance, training, and motivation to maximize performance.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Manage key client accounts, maintain long-term partnerships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management.






- Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements to ensure adherence in all sales activities.
- Proactively engage in field activities, including generating new leads, delivering sales pitches, attending client meetings, site visits, and other project-related activities outside of the office environment and identifying new business prospects.
- Effectively communicate with clients to comprehensively understand and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
