Trade Finance Officer (Exim)

Trade Finance Officer's responsibilities include preparing LC documents, Bank Guarantees and calculating risk ratios, follow up and negotiation with Banks.
- Coordinate credit administration support such as monitoring past dues, document exceptions and collateral value monitoring.
- Gathering of necessary information or documentation to complete Letters of Credit and any related financial transactions.
- You will be required to check all information thoroughly to ensure there are no errors and what is being presented is evaluated and validated correctly in the interests of company as per the bank policies.
- Process transactions for issuing of guarantees, amendment, cancellation,





claims and payments within the limit as per the credit policy.
- Handle Swifts/Telexes of transactions relating to bank guarantees.
- Accurately process transactions relating to advising, amendment and cancellation of Import and Export Letters of Credit and ensure work accomplishment in strict compliance with the Bank's policies and procedures.
- Input transactions for advising, confirmation, amendment and cancellation of Import and Export Letters of Credit on a timely basis.
- Settle value of documents, sight, Treasury and Credit Departments to avoid loss due to delay of payment interest.
- Deal with client on routing operational issues for advising of Import and Export Letters of Credit and handling of documents. Dispatch export letters of credit and related documents to clients and Banks.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business major preferred
- 3-4 years of experience in trade finance operations
- Strong knowledge of traditional bank products related to Export & import.






- Very strong client Service Skills
- Demonstrate ability to meet aggressive deadlines per client demands and ability to change work schedule to accommodate competing priorities
- Strong computer skills
- Flexible and readily adapting to change and new products, systems or methods
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Have excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
