IT Project Manager

We’re looking for an IT Project Manager to lead and oversee the development and implementation of technology-based projects. The IT Project Manager will work with other members of the IT team, as well as with business units, to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required specifications.

**IT Project Manager Objectives**
- Manage projects to ensure they are completed according to cost, schedule, and quality standards
- Coordinate project teams, including IT personnel, business owners, and vendors
- Manage project budgets
- Manage project communications
- Manage project risk
- Develop technical solutions
- Lead project planning
- Develop and execute project plans






- Negotiate contracts and agreements
- Analyze and produce reports
- Plan, lead, and delegate work
- Identify and manage risks
- Perform project change management
- Identify opportunities for improvement
- Manage and oversee project resources
- Manage vendor relationships
- Create and maintain detailed project documentation

**IT Project Manager Responsibilities**
- Manage all aspects of the IT project management lifecycle, including requirements analysis and design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance, as well as managing deliverables to generate on-time and within budget project completion
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure objectives are achieved within scope, schedule, and quality constraints
- Confirm requirements, analyze functional and technical specifications, and develop work breakdown structures and project plans
- Establish and establish Project Plans, budgets, and timelines,





and effectively communicate these requirements to project team
- Manage project schedules to ensure deliverables are met on schedule and within budget
- Manage project risks, issues, and conflicts to ensure timely resolution
- Develop and maintain project status reports to communicate project status to key stakeholders
- Maintain project documentation including scope, project plan, statement of work, contracts, and product requirements documentation
- Provide ongoing technical support to project team and end users

**Requirements And Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years project management experience
- Knowledge of project management techniques and best practices






- Strong time management and organizational skills

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month

Ability to Relocate:

- Dubai: Relocate before starting work (required)
