CES On Demand Call Centre L.L.C is a dynamic and rapidly growing call center committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resource Manager to join our team and play a key role in shaping our HR policies and programs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate human resources policies and programs.






- Advise managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements.
- Mediate labour disputes and grievances.
- Research and prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales.
- Coordinate employee performance and appraisal programs.
- Research employee benefits and health and safety practices and recommend changes.
- Respond to employee questions and complaints.
- Oversee the preparation of reports.
- Oversee the classification and rating of occupations.
- Establish and implement policies and procedures.
- Organize and administer staff consultation and grievance procedures.
- Advise senior management.
