A well known nursery with multiple branches, is looking for a administrative assistant or clerk to support with accounting, finance and administration and assist in the parent relation/customer service of the setting. The coordination of all nursery operations to maintain the best possible systems, processes and efficiencies for the business.
Location: Dubai
Role responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental (QHSE) policies and procedures
- Follow established Company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
- Manages the Kinderpedia app administration - inputting and updating child, parent and staff records, fees structure, academic calendar and other information.
- Produce and distribute all invoices and receipts via Clients.
- Payment collection and record keeping in close cooperation with the head office accounts department, Front Desk Manager and Nursery Manager
- Produce the monthly staff salary and attendance sheet for approval by the Nursery Manager.
- File staff leave requests (after Nursery Manager’s approval.)
- File copies of all staff IDs, qualifications, police clearance and other required documents.
Qualification & Requirements:
- Desirable: UAE attested Bachelors’ degree/diploma in relevant field
- Desirable: Accounting qualification
- First Aid
- Fire Marshall
- 3 years of experience in a similar role

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
