We are looking for HR Coordinator to join our team in Dubai
Responsibility:
Manage recruitment, hiring, testing, and interviews.
Prepare employment contracts and ensure compliance by employees.
Manage and update employee records and personal files.
Develop internal policies and procedures and ensure adherence to them.
Update employee records with new hire information or changes in employment status
Maintain and monitor the attendance system and prepare monthly reports.
Handle employee inquiries and concerns regarding HR policies procedures, and benefits.
Education: Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience: 2 years (Preferred in UAE)
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
