Brief Requirements:
- We are looking for someone who has an eye on the real estate market in Dubai.
- Proven working experience as a real estate agent.
- Specialized on leasing & secondary market.
- Knowledgeable with the current trend in the Market.
- Proven track record of successful real estate.
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
- Must have a network of agents/client.
- Target driven and motivated to achieve sales targets.
- Knows how to do weekly leads / report updates.
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
- At least 2 years of experience in Dubai real estate market
- Real estate agent’s or Broker’s license (RERA) is a plus
- Valid UAE Driving License is a must.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office (Word/Excel/Power Point)
- Excellent command and highly proficient in spoken and written English.
- Active in social media.
**Job Description**:
- Manage the negotiations between Owner and prospective tenant.
- Lead clients on legal requirements, process and related matters.
- Promote lease properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services (social media marketing).
- Accompany clients during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting.
- Contact property owners and advertise services to solicit property rental listings.
- Able to do weekly leads report updates in CRM and Excel.
