**Job description**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and target potential clients who require digital marketing services, including social media management, content creation and paid ads.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to reach prospective clients through various channels, including cold outreach, networking, and industry events.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to understand their digital marketing needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that effectively communicate our agency's value proposition.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the overall growth and success of the agency.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within a marketing agency or digital marketing environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including social media, content marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
