**Job Position: Public Relations Officer**
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with government agencies, departments, and relevant authorities at local, regional, and national levels.
- Organise Business Visas for employees from the different consulates.
- Organize and manage periodic renewal of all trade licenses and government registrations.
- Type, Manage, and Track all Online Applications on the E Government Sites - Employment, Visit Visa, Mission visa, Dependents Visa, Trade Licenses, Registrations etc.
- Facilitate the approval process for any new business activities or expansion plans.
- Accurately prepare and process required legal documents in government agencies such as Ministry of Economics,
Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization, Customs, Court, Chamber of Commerce, Traffic Department and Municipality and Freezones.
- Processing of Power of Attorney, Online Appointment, and other Transactions) Judicial Department.
- Strong Knowledge on new Emiratization system.
- Have a strong knowledge and understanding of the UAE labour law in mainland and Freezone, keep an eye on its changes.
- Be aware of ILOE and medical insurance standards as per the employee category.
- Timely Track, Organize and Manage periodic visa renewals of all employees and dependents for managers and above.
- Assist with general queries related the labour and immigration.
- Represent the company at locations such as the Police Stations, Free Zones, Labour, Immigration, and Ministries etc.
- Be vigilant to capture and record any new changes and updates and accordingly communicate the same to the HR Consultant.
- Manage and handle all petty cash on hand,
by submitting bills in a timely manner.
- Handle with care all confidential information like salaries, and documents like passport, certificates etc., and all petty cash on hand.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 3 years work experience in the UAE as a PRO.
- Knowledge of the UAE labour Law, Local Government regulations and procedures in Mainland and Free Zones of the Dubai and Abu Dhabi Emirates.
- Fluent English speaker. Speaking Arabic language is considered as an advantage.
- Minimum a high school diploma holder or equivalent.
- Valid UAE driving license.
Pay:
From AED5,000.00 per month
