**Job description**

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and purchase materials, equipment, and supplies required for fitout and joinery projects.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and vendors, and evaluate their capabilities, pricing, and quality of products.
- Negotiate pricing, terms,





and contracts with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery of materials.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to determine project requirements and develop procurement strategies to meet project timelines and budgetary constraints.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records of purchases, deliveries, and payments.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the procurement function.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all procurement activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during the procurement process.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in procurement to inform decision-making and strategy development.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Valid UAE driving license
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management,





or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, preferably in the construction or fitout industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation.
