**1. Registered Head Nurse - Homecare (Team Leader)**
**Location**: Dubai, UAE
**Position Type**: Full-Time
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of homecare nurses, ensuring the highest standards of care are met.
- Develop and implement nursing care plans, protocols, and policies.
- Coordinate with doctors, families, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training and guidance to nursing staff.
- Oversee patient assessments, care planning, and clinical decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
**Qualifications**:
- Valid DHA license as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in homecare nursing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high-stress environments and make critical decisions.
**2. Home Care Registered Nurse - Corporate Nursing**
**Location**: Dubai, UAE
**Position Type**: Full-Time
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide nursing care and health assessments to employees at corporate sites or home settings.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Monitor patient health status and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with corporate clients to provide on-site health services and wellness programs.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
**Qualifications**:
- Valid DHA license as a Registered Nurse.
- Experience in home care nursing, with a preference for corporate nursing experience.
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to adapt to different environments and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
**3. Registered Nurse - ICU and Homecare Experience Preferred**
**Location**: Dubai, UAE
**Position Type**: Full-Time
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in home settings, including those with complex needs.
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, manage medical equipment, and provide emergency care when necessary.
- Work closely with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
- Educate patients and their families on managing health conditions at home.
**Qualifications**:
- Valid DHA license as a Registered Nurse.
- Previous experience in ICU and homecare settings is highly preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and respond quickly in emergencies.
- Excellent communication and patient care skills.
