We are looking for an experienced office assistant to assist the sales department manager in preparation of different sales reports. The following are the requirements:
**Qualifications**:
- Good practical experience in advanced functions of MS Excel is required
- Must be able to make different sales and product reports in MS Excel
- Good communication skills in English (Verbal & Written)
- Age 25-35 years
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Fill the monthly report for the principals.
- Process the purchase orders in the system
- Reports for Budget meetings.
- Purchasing & Costing Report.
- Stock Management.
- Analysing and reviewing targets & achievements to prepare incentives monthly.
**Job Types**: Full-time,

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Reports preparation in Excel: 3 years (required)
**Language**:
- Tagalog (required)
