- Screening, hiring and supervising personnel
- Developing and enforcing policies and procedures
- Ensuring optimal patient relations
- Developing and getting approval of budgets and pay scales
- Quality improvement
- Billing
- Regulatory compliance
- Oversight of staff schedules

**Salary**: AED5,000.00 per month
