We are a veterinary clinic in Abu Dhabi city seeking a **female Receptionist ( preferred from Philippines).**
Job description:
- Ensure Pet Owners are greeted and attended to in an efficient, courteous, and responsive manner always.
- Attend reception calls both internal and external.
- Ensure the reception area is staffed and well always organized.
- Represent the clinic in the best manner in dealing with patients as well as colleagues.
- Check patient eligibility, input information and book appointments etc.
- Cashiering duties
- Filling of daily reports and other administrative tasks
- The successful applicant:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Customer service-oriented behavior
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Proven work experience as a receptionist/ Front office representative or similar role.
- **Experience in veterinary clinics field is ( preferred ).**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite
- Computer Literate, well organized and has an excellent attention to details.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 63 per week
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Veterinary clinics: 1 year (preferred)
- receptionist/ Front office representative or similar role.: 2 years (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (required)
