Arabic Speaker Receptionist and Patient Coordinator

Looking for an **ARABIC speaking** receptionist for a premium beauty/ aesthetics clinic based in a prime location in Al Wasl area, Dubai.

If you have 2 to 3 years of experience of managing reception operations in a beauty/ aesthetics clinic - you are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities for the role will include
- handling incoming visitors/ patients,
- point of contact at clinic, and associated administrative tasks
- book appointments, coordinate with different departments and functions
- ensure absolute high standards at the reception area
- provide golden standard service to guests

**Prior expertise in beauty/ aesthetic clinic is preferred.**
