**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Agent with a proven track record in the **off-plan market.** This role offers a **salary and** **commission**, offering high earning potential for driven individuals. You will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and maintaining relationships with clients to facilitate the sale of off-plan properties.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking and referrals.
- Present, promote, and sell off-plan properties to prospective clients.
- Cold call at least **250-300** numbers daily to generate leads.
- Guide clients through the buying process, from property selection to final purchase.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the off-plan real estate market.
- Proven sales record, with at least one sale in the last 3 months.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure.
Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
**Experience**:
- OFF PLAN Real Estate Sales in DUBAI: 1 year (required)
