**We are seeking a creative and organized individual to fill the role of Receptionist cum Graphic Designer!!!**
As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support. Additionally, you will utilize your graphic design skills to create visual content for our brand, including social media graphics, marketing materials, and website assets.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Receptionist**:
- Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments and making travel arrangements
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and couriers
**Graphic Designer**:
- Create high-quality visual content, including social media graphics, flyers, brochures, and website assets
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual content
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices
- Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and develop creative ideas
**Requirements**:
- 1+ years of experience in administration and graphic design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, etc.)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
**Nice to Have**:
- Experience with web design and development
- Knowledge of video editing software
- Certification in graphic design (e.g. Adobe Certified Expert)
**Languages**:
- Malayalam,English,Hindi
Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
