**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage all aspects of quantity surveying and procurement for fit-out projects.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents.
- Evaluate and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Monitor project costs to ensure they are within the budget.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure accurate cost control.
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and ensure work aligns with the project scope and budget.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate best prices and terms.
- Prepare cost reports, financial forecasts, and value engineering proposals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies,
UAE regulations, and industry standards.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying and procurement within the fit-out or construction industry.
Strong knowledge of fit-out project management, materials, and costs.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Proficient in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of UAE market, regulations, and procurement standards is essential.
