**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the interior fit-out sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and other key stakeholders in the industry.
- Collaborate with the design and project management teams to understand client requirements and develop tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the company's capabilities and value proposition.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and clients.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and client feedback to the management team.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive in the interior fit-out industry.
- In-depth knowledge of interior fit-out processes, materials, and industry trends.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software for effective lead and sales management.
**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Al Qusais: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
