We're in search of a dynamic and driven Real Estate Sales Agent to become part of our team at Ariana Real Estate LLC. As a Real Estate Sales Agent, your role involves aiding clients in purchasing, selling, and leasing properties. Your main objective is to deliver outstanding customer service, forge enduring connections, and ensure smooth real estate deals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1.) Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their preferences and requirements to provide tailored real estate solutions.
2.) Prospecting: Generate leads through various channels, including referrals, online marketing, and networking events.
3.) Property Listings:
Create compelling property listings with accurate information, appealing visuals, and engaging descriptions to attract potential buyers and renter.
4.) Property Showings: Conduct property viewings (secondary / off plan), showcasing the best features of each property and addressing client inquiries.
5.) Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms and prices to achieve the best outcome for clients while ensuring a win-win situation.
6.) Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and industry regulations to provide informed advice to clients.
7.) Transaction Coordination: Oversee the entire real estate transaction process, including preparing contracts, coordinating inspections, and ensuring a smooth closing.
8.) Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service by being responsive, attentive, and proactive in addressing client needs and concerns.
9.) Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote listings and attract potential clients.
10.) Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with fellow agents, brokers, and support staff to foster a cohesive and cooperative work environment.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a real estate agent, with a proven track record of successful sales.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, property laws, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using real estate databases and online marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
- Bachelor's degree related to any Business Course is preferred.
- A valid driver's license and dependable means of transportation.
- Should have **Oqood Individual Training, Master Training, E-Mortgage, Ejari, Mollak System Certificate**:
- Knowledge in **Real Estate Brokerage Exam + Real Estate Knowledge Bank, Real Estate Knowledge Bank and Dubai Broker Smart Contract Training**
License/Certification:
- Real Estate Agent License (required)
- Rera License (required)
